Practice
Practice begins late June with morning sessions Monday through Friday. There are no practices on Wednesdays when a meet is scheduled.
Attendance
Practices are very beneficial for swimmers. We encourage each swimmer to attend as many times a week as possible. Practice sessions include stroke technique, endurance and land exercise.
File folders
File Folders are set up for each swimmer and put out each morning during practice. Swimmers should look in their folders each morning for any information or ribbons. Personal Best Ribbons are an important tool that reinforce swimmers’ progress.
Weather Conditions
Practices are held during rain when no lightening is present.
